Nazlina is in charge of an incredibly well-run cooking school - I was impressed by its cleanliness and order. I loved that she knew exactly how to teach the dishes, how everything was prepped and ready, and how clearly she was able to communicate the nuances of the dishes. Loved this experience and loved doing it in Penang!
