Meet the Artist

Andrea and Jazmin are a dynamic duo, both architects and potters. Friends since birth, Andrea and Jazmin found in ceramics the perfect possibility of being part of the entire creative process from idea to execution.

Their approach to ceramic-making is experimental and collaborative, using local clays and sustainable materials. They work with stoneware clay, baked at 1200 degrees, and experiment with its plasticity and forms of production. From making models with different techniques to casting ceramics and hand-building pieces, their designs are simple, modern, and utilitarian, often reflecting their architectural background.

But their work goes beyond the studio. Andrea and Jazmin collaborate with chefs, artists, art directors, and designers to develop unique pieces that are not only beautiful but also functional. They are closely connected with the community built around their workshop, restaurants, galleries, and cafes.

For Andrea and Jazmin, ceramics is not just a medium of expression; it's a way to connect with people and cultures. They are looking forward to sharing this passion with you.

I had the pleasure of spending five days with two talented Argentinian ceramists. They were warm and welcoming, and it was clear that they were passionate about their craft.

Throughout my stay, they taught me everything I needed to know about working with clay, from the different types of clay available to the techniques for shaping and firing. From hand pinching, to coiling, slab and casting.
