For a long time I have wanted to participate in a VAWAA but hadn't quite found the time or opportunity to do so. When I found myself coming to Peru with a few days of unstructured time, I was thrilled to find an experience in Lima with Diana. I reached out at the last minute, not sure the timing was going to work out, but Diana was more than willing to make our schedules align.  

I could not have asked for a more meaningful experience. Yes, I loved the creative time spent together. Diana is truly a gifted artist and so willing to share her knowledge. She is a patient and equally encouraging teacher. I hope to build on the skills I learned while watercoloring in her studio and am especially excited to pursue embroidery. I feel like she opened a whole new creative world to me.
