I love learning. I am a Ceramics and design teacher in a secondary college with an interest in light as a sculptural component. I have been interested in Helmut's sculptural forms for years and am intrigued by the process used to create them.

The experience was extremely satisfying. I have a wider knowledge of using paper as a sculptural material and a better understanding of how optic fibre can be incorporated into a work. I can now start dreaming of how to manipulate clay, paper and light into a new body of work.
