Art and Rhythm: Painting the Movement

Live from Barcelona, Spain

VAWAA artist Susana is a Spanish figurative artist with 30 years of experience painting, drawing, sculpting, and making murals. She studied fine arts and scenography, and particularly fascinated by the human figure, rhythm, and movement. One of her favorite references are the temperamental and powerful faces and attitudes from flamenco. Years ago, she even learnt tango to paint human forms more accurately!

Join her on Friday, July 10, at 12 PM EDT, to learn how to give life and movement to a pictorial composition, through the rhythm of brushstrokes, pencil strokes, color and line. No prior experience required, all levels welcome!

This session will be in Spanish with an English translator.
