I was hoping to discover a new way of making art and discover a new artistic community. Unplugging from my job and stressful city was also a motivator for me.

I'll definitely borrow a few things from this VAWAA to apply to my own life. It inspired me to one day create a similar experience here at home. This VAWAA reminded me that there is a whole world out there while challenging my view of what a fulfilling creative life can be.
