Jennifer & Denise

I love paper--making it, marbling it, binding it into books. This is my third VAWAA, and each one has fed the other in a way I can't quite put into words. I have taken a few paper marbling workshops here in Minneapolis, and I wanted to travel back to the source of ebru art. I want to put the papers to use in a project I will be working on...but I don't know how quite yet. As for the travelling, there's really nothing that calms and focuses me more than staying in a new place and taking it all in.
