I couldn't have asked for a better artist to learn from than Jimena. She warmly welcomed me into her space, talked with me about my vision, and was genuinely excited to explore new techniques and build on ideas together. She's created an incredible studio that feels warm and full of life. Everything in the space felt inspiring - books, ceramics, work from other students. The experience allowed the perfect blend of curious exploration and technique that I was looking for. If I could, I would have stayed another week learning and creating with Jimena!
